Where can we get trained in First Aid, CPR and AED in Bangalore?
This question was on our minds from a long time, primarily because its a prerequisite to starting the PADI Rescue Diver certification. We could have done this at any dive centre, but that would mean a day in the classroom and not diving!!!
It is important that we all realise the value of getting trained in First Aid and CPR. Not only is it of importance to us as divers, but could come of use in day to day life during an emergency. Timely first aid and effective CPR can help save a life. This training should be encouraged in schools, colleges and at your workplaces. Many companies, as a policy have individuals trained in First aid and CPR to help with emergencies that could arise at the work place. You might be able to save a life someday.
In Bangalore , Manipal Hospitals, Old airport road provides training in First Aid, CPR and AED. This training is certified by AHA , American Heart Association.
Get Trained. You might help in saving someone’s life.
CPR – Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
AED – Automated external defibrillator
